WHAT IS ELEVATE FIT FEST?
ELEVATE Fit Fest is the South West’s first Health and Wellness festival. Over this two-day festival, you will be immersed in the world of all things health, nature, nutrition, wellbeing, exercise & fitness. We aim to create a community based on good vibes, inclusion, encouragement & educate this community on the importance of health and overall wellbeing.
WHEN & WHERE WILL ELEVATE TAKE PLACE?
ELEVATE will take place on Shanbally Estate in Tipperary on September 7th & 8th 2024.
Shanbally Estate has been developed as a landmark location for all things health and wellness, with a tagline of “health through nature". Situated on 200 acres of organic farm land, Shanbally grows over 120 medicinal herbs and plants and exclusively grows organic oats for Flahavans in Co. Waterford. Shanbally is delighted to partner with ELEVATE to invite you to immerse yourself in all that Shanbally has to offer.

WHEN WILL TICKETS BE RELEASED?

WHAT WILL MY TICKET INCLUDE?
Your ticket to ELEVATE will include admission to the festival site & access to all events, classes, talks & group sessions throughout the day. The only additional costs will be if you require and food, drink or additional purchases from any of our fantastic brands & partners on site.
CAN I GET A PHYSICAL TICKET?
As ELEVATE is a sustainable event promoting minimal waste and a reduce, reuse & recycle policy, we are not offering physical paper tickets. Once you purchase a ticket on our ticketing partner site, you will be emailed a ticket with a QR code straight to your advice. This will then be scanned at the gates for entry to the festival.
ARE MY TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
You can forward to your ticket to a friend or buy it on behalf of someone else. Unfortunately, we do not offer resale options of tickets on this occasion. Each ticket is valid for single entry and once scanned can no longer be scanned again.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
ELEVATE cannot offer you a refund for your ticket once initially purchased. You can however give this to a friend or family member if you cannot attend and they can take your place at the festival.
DO YOU CATER FOR GROUPS?
Absolutely! For groups of 11+, please email us directly at info@elevatefitfest.ie where we can send you a unique discount code for a bulk purchase of tickets of 11 or more attendees.
WHO ARE THE MAIN ACTS?
We will be announcing our schedule and main acts & sponsors in the lead up to the festival. Keep an eye on social media channels (@elevate_fit_fest) where you will be kept in the loop with the lates news & acts announced.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT OF ELEVATE?
ELEVATE is an over 18’s event.
IS THIS A CHILD FRIENDLY EVENT?
Unfortunately ELEVATE is an adults only festival & we are unable to cater for children and those under the age of 18. This is for insurance purposes and we hope to be able to cater for children for future events.
HOW DO I BECOME A PRESENTER AT ELEVATE?
We would love to hear from you and thank you for your interest in partnering with us at ELEVATE 2023. Please email us with your experience and qualifications and what you would bring to the festival or any ideas that you’d love to see come to life at info@elevatefitfest.ie and one of the team will be in touch.
HOW DO I EXHIBIT AT ELEVATE?
We are excited to work with a broad range of sponsors, partners and brands for ELEVATE 2023. If you’d like to get involved, please email us info@elevatefitfest.ie with some information about your brand and what you would like to exhibit or any ideas you’d love to showcase at the festival.
IS ELEVATE DISABILITY ACCESSIBLE?
Please note, ELEVATE is an outdoor event on a running farm and country estate. We have designated blue badge holder parking available by prior request & booking and also wheelchair accessible toilets on site. In order to reserve your parking please email us at the time of booking your ticket and we’ll reserve a parking spot for you and also ensure we can meet any of your needs to make ELEVATE as enjoyable and accessible as possible for you.
CAN I DRIVE TO ELEVATE AND WHERE DO I PARK?
ELEVATE promotes car pooling and lift sharing options in order to reduce our carbon footprint and to make the event as sustainable as possible. We have a designated car park on site. Parking will be clearly outlined and driving instructions when we launch our site map.
