A BIT ABOUT ME

Eoin Sheehan is a 27 year old TV chef, nutritionist & food entrepreneur from Limerick. The resident chef on Virgin media’s Six o clock show also owns a meal-prep and sports catering business ‘Country Munch’ which supply thousands of fresh healthy dinners to senior GAA squads around Munster, Munster Rugby and other teams all over Ireland throughout the year.

Eoin’s ethos is that he will either feed you or teach you to feed yourself - he aims to educate everyone on the simplicity of good food made from the comfort of your own kitchens. Being a competitive athlete allows Eoin to practice what he preaches & lead by example. Whether its the basics of cooking a meal from home or performance nutrition, there’ll be something for everyone.
